The venue is fancy and functional, its location is phenomenal, so close to the lovely Newbury Street and restaurants and the parks.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Hotel had excellent reception. Magnificent location in general, near everything. On the whole GREAT food; Sorellina was in the vicinity. Appreciated that we were gave a free upgrade a suite.

It's on a noisy street. Beds were very uncomfortable.

strategic location, exquisitely decorated rooms and most importantly, supportive staff. lovely view, a spacious balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. sandy public beach was near the hotel. and it was nearby subway station.

we could easily get to museum of science and boston symphony hall was very close to the hotel. we had a big bedroom. we enjoyed the fact that we chose lenox. back bay district certainly deserves to be visited.

The room was quite large. The hotel was next to museum of science. We could have lunch in Sweetgreen set within 700 feet. You should definitely explore Beacon Hill district, it's worth it
